Caught this big ol' catfish A true fish story: The first time I had ever gone fishing with my very own brand new fishing pole was at Uvas Reservior. I went with some friends from church. Maybe it was beginner's luck, but I caught hold of a fish that was putting up a heck of a fight and pulling out lots of line. I thought for sure there was no way I could bring this fish in. But somehow I did, novice that I was, and it turned out to be a 37 inch catfish. Huge!!! Would you believe none of us had a camera!!!! But we did have a tape measure and I've got witnesses!! The moral of this story... Always take a camera when you go fishing... you never know when you're going to catch the big one.
It's true, I tell ya!!!
